Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as data controller, DJS Otomotiv Yedek Parça San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the "Company") places great importance on collecting, processing and protecting your personal data in accordance with the law and the principles of good faith.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp channels. This collection is based on the legal grounds of Article 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (compliance with the legal obligation of the data controller) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:
- learn whether their personal data is processed,
- request information if their personal data has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,
- request correction if personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- request deletion or destruction of personal data within the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
- object to an outcome against them resulting from analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data.
